The Beginning

Started out in a cramped two-bay garage back in 2018, just me and my buddy Marco who I met at tech school. We were sick of seeing shops half-ass diagnostics or push unnecessary repairs. Figured we could do better - actually listen to what the car's telling us through proper scanning and testing instead of just throwing parts at problems.

Finding Our Niche

By 2020, we'd gotten pretty deep into performance tuning. Had this client with a modified Subaru that nobody could get running right - spent three days on the dyno tweaking fuel maps and boost control. When it finally clicked and put down those numbers, man... that's when we knew this was our lane. High-performance stuff where attention to detail actually matters.

The EV Pivot

2022 brought our first EV conversion project - a '67 Mustang that the owner wanted electric. Won't lie, it was intimidating as hell at first. Spent weeks researching battery management systems and motor controllers. That project took four months but taught us more than any certification program could've. Now we're doing two or three conversions a year and honestly, it's some of the most rewarding work we do.

Moving to Industrial Way

Last year we finally upgraded to this 6,000 sq ft facility. Got three proper lifts, a dedicated dyno room, and enough space to actually spread out on those big conversion projects. Brought on Sarah who's a wizard with electrical systems and Jake who came from the dealership world but wanted to work on stuff that actually challenges him. We're still a small crew but that's kinda the point - every job gets the attention it deserves.

Today & Tomorrow

Here in 2025, we're juggling everything from daily driver maintenance to full race prep builds. Just finished installing a custom turbo setup on a Tesla (yeah, seriously) and we've got an electric conversion on a classic Land Cruiser starting next month. The automotive world's changing fast and honestly? That's what keeps it interesting. We're not trying to be the biggest shop in Vancouver - just the one that gives a damn about getting it right.

What We're About

We don't do quick lube changes or basic brake jobs - plenty of shops handle that stuff just fine. We're here for the complicated problems, the custom builds, the "nobody else could figure this out" situations. Whether it's tracking down an intermittent misfire that's been plaguing you for months or building a reliable 500hp street machine, we've got the tools and the stubbornness to see it through.

Drop by sometime - we're usually here late anyway, and there's always coffee on. Fair warning though: we might talk your ear off about whatever project we're currently obsessing over.
